    Noch nie so ein schönes Ferienhaus gehabt!!

    Herrlich gelegen, tolle Aussicht!! Ideal, wenn man die Ruhe genießen möchte! Das Haus ist mit ALLEM ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Tipptopp sauber, tolle Küche, sehr bequemes Bett!

    Es gibt für Kritik eigentlich keinen Grund!!!

    Bella esperienza di Elba in collina ma vicino al mare

    Il bagno e la funzionalità della struttura, comprese tutte le dotazioni (lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, ecc) e la pulizia.

    La strada per arrivare, è il barbecue disponibile solo per l’altro appartamento.

    Overall it was good, but the unpleasant surprises left their mark.

    The villa is quite confortable. It was clean. Good kitchen.

    The problem is that if if you use all the positions on the stove - the light goes out. The hot water runs out very quickly - we were always the last to shower - we did it with cold water. Also, when arrived we were informed that we should pay additionally for bed linen and towels - very unpleasant!!! But the top of the unpleasant surprise - that we had to go back to the villa after we left, because we didn't take out the garbage from the last night. Otherwise they wouldn't release the money they asked for as a deposit. There, the garbage is thrown away sorted. and you have to take out the sorted garbage every day. The villa doesn't have garbage cans. You have to sort the garbage and take it out according to the schedule. It would be normal for there to be sorted garbage cans at the villa, and for the owners to take care of taking out the sorted garbage - not me, the guest. They ruined our impression at the end of the vacation.

    Spacious house, equipped kitchen, clean. Excellent view.

    No towels, no toilet and kitchen paper, we paid additionally for towels and bed linen, hard pillows. Dirty and not cleaned grill. No iron available. Access road is challenging. Electricity power falls when cooking on more places on induction hob. Warm water was not available for all. Worse, what happened was the condition of refunding us warranty money - we must go back to the villa and take the remaining garbage accumulated from just the last day. Even we've mentioned that we are in a hurry for ferryboat. The agency staff was polite and supportive, except the mentioned fact.
