    Very poor customer service

    Property was very nice well styled

    On arrival we had no hot water, it was fixed the next day. A few days later, we lost power completely. Including fridge, AC and Wi-Fi. Which took a number of days to fix. As compensation, we initially requested refund, however, agreed to a late checkout instead as our flight was at night. We did have an incident where a few glasses were broken and offered to replace set glasses. However, we reached an agreement that the refund would be requested and that we would have a late check out free of charge of 7 PM . On the day of checkout we were told at 12 PM to vacate the property immediately.
