    Sehr schön!

    Ein großes Haus in wirklich wunderbarer Lage gleich unterhalb vom oben auf dem Hügel thronenden hübschen Dorf Ripatransone. Man hat ein großes Gelände ganz für sich allein, keinen Verkehr und einen wunderbaren Blick über die Hügel hinunter zum Meer. Für das von uns gewählte Setting - vier Familien mit Kindern im Alter von 5 bis 10 - war das Haus ideal: Die Kinder können sich am Pool oder grundstückseigenen kleinen Fußballplatz wunderbar austoben und frei und sicher entfalten. Der Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse und am Pool war wirklich wunderschön. Der Pizzaofen, für den der supersypmathische Verwalter auf Anfrage das Holz bringt, war das Highlight des Gruppenerlebnisses. Wir würden in einem ähnlichen Setting (vier Familien mit insgesamt sechs Kindern) wiederkommen, denn dann ist auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut.

    Das Haus mit seinen vielen Zimmern und Bädern ist sehr geräumig, das Erdgeschoss und der erste Stock sind nicht direkt verbunden, sondern über eine Außentreppe. Einrichtung, Komfort und Sauberkeit sind für die landestypischen Standards ganz gut, aber auch nicht mehr.
