Tolle Lage mit Abstrichen
Super freundliche Angestellte, die sowohl das Frühstück macht, als auch die Zimmer reinigt. Raffaela war super nett und hatte tolle Tipps für die Region. Die Zimmer waren recht modern und komfortabel.
Leider haben wir Tony den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht kennengelernt, der Check In lief über Videos auf Italienisch. Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch, mir persönlich fehlte ein bisschen Obst (laut Beschreibung vorhanden) oder Gemüse. Der Preis für ein zweites Getränk war mit 5€ sehr hoch. Am Tag unserer Abreise gab es morgens kein heißes Wasser, da die Therme scheinbar über Nacht ausgeschaltet und erst durch das Personal am Morgen (um 8 Uhr) eingeschaltet wurde. Wir mussten früh los und haben eiskalt geduscht. Die Beschreibung des Hauses entspricht in vielen Bereichen nicht der Realität (kein Restaurant, kein Außenpool, ...).

C’è stata poca cortesia da parte di chi gestisce l’arrivo in struttura. Abbiamo fornito l’orario di arrivo il giorno prima come previsto e abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di lasciare solo i bagagli e di fare check in nell’orario da loro previsto. L’host ci ha informato di poter anticipare il check in al nostro arrivo. Arrivati in struttura abbiamo aspettato notizie dell’host per 40 minuti, dopo averlo ovviamente avvisato del nostro arrivo. Richiamando ci ha detto che era troppo presto e che saremmo dovuti ritornare. Andiamo via anche con i bagagli, contattiamo L’host nel pomeriggio per fare il famoso check in e non riceviamo risposta se non la segreteria che ci informa del telefono spento. Solo dopo aver chiamato il ristorante affianco la struttura siamo riusciti a metterci d’accordo
