Wunderschönes großes nostalgisches Ferienhaus auf dem Hügel mit weitem Ausblick auf das Meer und Gebirge. Vermieter unkompliziert und sehr sympathisch. Würden uns freuen irgendwann einmal wieder zurückzukehren und dann vielleicht im Frühsommer dort zu sein.
Gästetoilette im Wohnbereich wäre toll gewesen. Ist aber wirklich ein Luxusproblem.

Der Besitzer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mehrere 2 Bettzimmer mit eigener Klimaanlage. Die Villa befindet sich oben auf dem Berg, die Aussicht ist daher sehr idyllisch. Der Fußweg nach Massarosa würde ich daher jedoch auch als sportlich einstufen. Die Restaurants sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Schwimmbecken ist für die Kinder und Erwachsene sehr toll.
Leider werden auch Fotos vom Privatbesitz gezeigt welche jedoch nicht zum Villa dazugehören. Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sonderbar ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank ist für mehr als 4 Personen sehr klein. Der Weg zur Villa ist recht schmal, unser Familienwagen hat leider einige Kratzer von Hecken / Sträucher abgekriegt. Stromkosten werden am Ende noch zusätzlich abgerechnet (bei geringem Verbrauch rund 100€/ Woche).

Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Uns hat die ruhige Umgebung gut gefallen. Der große Pool war auch super. Das Haus war richtig schön groß, und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.
Leider waren oft schon früh am Morgen auf dem Grundstück Handwerker da, die bei ihrer Arbeit nicht zu überhören waren. Das hat manchmal schon gestört.
