We had a fantastic time , the children loved the pool and the views were stunning.
The property was beautiful with lots of space and so many features. Rosanna was wonderful and so kind to the children , especially on the first night - cooking them tea when we had car trouble. Also giving us information on local events. The perfect location to explore near by towns , seasides and mountains. The kitchen was well equipped.
The bedroom mattresses are zip linked so we found this quite uncomfortable but it didn’t take away from the beautiful property. Again, not a criticism and we didn’t mind paying at all but booking.com does not make it clear that when paying extra for air con that you are paying extra for all energy consumption.

mooi omgeving alle faciliteiten in het huis, hostes erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam
staat omschreven 3 slaapkamers maar het zijn er 2. dus dat viel ons erg tegen, serre kan je ombouwen tot slaapkamer naar is niet fantastisch!

Vi havde en dejlig uge i dette skønne hus. Huset ligger i de smukkeste, rolige omgivelser - helt fantastisk udsigt fra alle rum i boligen. Dejlig, uforstyrret have med mindre pool og solstole til udendørs afslapning - man har haven og poolområdet helt for sig selv.
Vær opmærksom på at det er overetagen i huset man lejer - der er altså trapper op til lejligheden og ikke direkte udgang fra lejligheden til haven. Dette var ikke helt tydeligt i beskrivelsen af huset. Til gengæld får man en fantastisk udsigt fra alle rum og der er flere altaner i overetagen.

Exceptional
It is really an amazing gorgeous villa, very very beautiful and comfortable, we had there everything we needed and the owners are really so kind and pleasant people. The atmosphere in the house is so cozy, we felt like home. The furniture and decor are also amazing and of very high quality, everything made with love and for the comfort of guests. The villa also has a wonderful mountains view. There is a big supermarket very close, just 7 min walking. If you rent a car it is the best place to stay in and to enjoy Toscana in the area. We will definitely stay there again when will come to Toscana. Rossana, thanks a lot for hosting our family in your beautiful house! P.S. the villa was even better than we expected. We were very happy to stay there
It can be difficult to get to the house from RW station without a car.
