    Gorgeous house with a stunning ocean view

    Our family spent an absolutely wonderful week at this stunning villa. Everything was perfect…from the gorgeous view to the relaxing pool. The rooms and kitchen are immaculate and we couldn’t think of a thing that we needed. We felt completely spoiled here! Make sure to visit the amazing restaurant that is only about a 5 minute walk away from the house. There is also a fantastic outdoor barbecue and furniture outside so you can have a great meal while enjoying the ocean view. Thank you Silvia for all of your helpful tips, kind words and generosity. We can highly recommend this place! I’m sure you will love it as much as we did .

    We had an incredible stay at Villa La Residenza. We were greeted by Silvia, who showed us around this lovely home. There was even a charcuterie board made for us upon our arrival! The villa was spotless with stunning views, it was everything we could have hoped for and more.

    Exceptional

    We stayed for 8 days in May 2025. La Residenza is a beautiful villa, with a very helpful host (Silvia) who greeted us on arrival with local food and drinks. Throughout our stay Silvia was on hand to answer any questions we had about the local area, including recommended restaurants; one of which is very highly rated, and within walking distance. The villa is located quite high up on a hillside amongst other houses, and villas in a small village, and has access via a (newly) tarmacked single track road. The villa itself was immaculate, very clean and well equipped with plenty of towels, washing and cleaning products.

    The road surface up the hill was still being finished whilst we were there, but this will have been completed from the beginning of June 2025.
