    Good

The Binz area is very nice with an impressive beach area, good restaurants, shops and grocery stores close by. A bus ticket is included in the booking fee for all guests which is helpful when you want to go longer distances, for example from Binz to Prora.

The reception staff of Ostseeappartements Rügen (Villa Laetitia) does not want to speak English. They can and understand, but they just not want to, which is a bit annoying as we dont speak German. Having travelled quite a lot this is the first time I experience this and it was very surprising. As payment a direct bank transfer is required which also is very surprising and time consuming. Much more convenient to use Credit card (which is supported by 99% of the marketplace).
