A fantastic villa with excellent amenities and service, with only a few minor issues preventing it from being perfect.
The property is modern, well-equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It offers incredible views and is located in a peaceful area just outside the town, only a 3-minute drive away. The kitchen is very well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the thoughtful welcome pack was much appreciated. On arrival we found a sponge, tea towel, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, as well as a bottle of wine, three bottles of beer and essentials such as salt, pepper and olive oil. The pool is a great size with plenty of sun loungers and enjoys sunshine from around 8am until 7pm. Once the pool area is shaded, you can move to the rooftop terrace, where you’ll have sun until it sets at around 9pm. There is also ample parking. Before our arrival, we were provided with clear and easy-to-follow instructions for accessing the property and using the facilities, making check-in completely stress-free. Communication throughout our stay was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally kind, responsive and helpful. Although there is no air conditioning, it really wasn’t needed during our stay. Fans are provided in each bedroom, and the villa has plenty of large windows that open fully, allowing you to make the most of Corralejo’s famous breeze and keep the house cool naturally. The showers also had excellent water pressure.
There is ongoing construction directly across the road, with work beginning at around 7am each morning. While this is outside the owners’ control, it was quite disruptive and is worth being aware of if you’re hoping for a relaxing lie-in. Thankfully, the villa behind ours was unoccupied during our stay, but if it had been occupied there would have been very little privacy due to how close the properties are to one another. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times, and the sofa could have been cleaned more thoroughly as we found crumbs between the cushions. A few small maintenance issues could also be addressed, such as replacing some of the worn sealant in the showers and carrying out minor touch-ups to the paintwork. None of these affected our overall enjoyment of the stay, but they would help keep the villa looking as impressive as it does in the photos.

A hot shower wouldve been nice, lovely island though.
The villa itself is ok and has potential, and the location is a 20-minute walk away from the main strip.
This villa, unfortunately, isn't serviced or looked after very well at all! This accommodation has a faulty hot water system, which unfortunately meant that we had to have cold showers for 5/7days of our stay. The servicing team just gave various differing explanations and weren't keen to get this sorted for us at all. In a dispute about this situation, they have since declined a partial refund, suggesting it's down to 'higher than normal consumption' of hot water, which is an essential amenity to expect at an accommodation. On a rare day the hot water was working, it was just enough for 2/4 people to have a hot shower, ill leave anyone reading this to decide if that can be deemed as over consumption... As for the rest of the property, its fairly beaten up with marks all over the walls and broken doors on wardrobes, be sure to call these issues out on arrival. There also isn't enough cutlery or cups provided for a group of just four people. Lastly, the alarm that is on as you arrive was impossible to turn off with the instructions provided so be aware of bursting your eardrums at the start of your holiday

Fint mysigt hus!
