    poor

    Location

Breakfast was very poor for a hotel that has 5 stars The hotel was not overly friendly either and is a historic building but felt dates and tired.

    The location is great.

The surrounding areas were full of garbage and somehow nobody bothered this - surrounded by platíc and waste - the beauty was quickly vanished. For the rest of the hotel- you can say the property has lost its sparkle, maintenance is overdue and the furniture of our room reminded more of an old hospital than a room - bathrooms are old stylish and standing in a tub with plastic under your feet is not what you want when you pay this money - it is just incorrect to charge these sums - the personal was not vey friendly - all added up to our negative experience - my recommendation: don’t book here !

Beautiful relaxing stay in a unique hotel

Unique hotel with beautiful furnishings. Stunning gardens with lots of comfortable places to relax. The spa is fantastic addition to the hotel, we had a massage in a double room that was so relaxing. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is superb a great 20 minute walk into Alghero town.
