Very clean well kept property with a beautiful pool but very noisy neighbours.
Property was clean and pool was wonderful at the end of a hot day. It is a short walk to the local beach a short drive to Cefalu local supermarkets and the local train station that can take you into Palermo. The host met us on arrival and was lovely. Good to know if you are looking for three bedrooms the third bedroom here is a loft with no walls protecting it from the noise of the kitchen or lounge room ( so not great if you want three bedrooms with privacy but would be great for bigger kids as there are quite a few beds up there - not for little kids though as stairs are not appropriate for little ones).
On either side of this property is two properties that seem to be using the land for dog boarding kennels, there was quite a few staying there during our stay. It is quiet during the day but at night it is very loud. I only got 2 hours sleep on our last night, the dogs woke me up even though I was wearing ear plugs and barked non stop from 3am to 5am. I know this is not in the owners control but I would not stay here again because of this. If you are a heavy sleeper it might be ok.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Cefalù. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The private pool was fantastic and made our holiday even more relaxing, especially during the warm Sicilian days. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect peaceful and private, yet close enough to Cefalù and the beach. We especially enjoyed the stunning views and the outdoor areas. The host was friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. We truly felt at home and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Sicily!
