    Wir waren 15 Personen und haben beide Häuser (die große Villa und das kleine Häuschen) gemietet, für uns waren die neun Schlafzimmer optimal. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße und dennoch ruhig, die Radstrecke Parenzana führt fast direkt am Haus vorbei und wurde von uns zum Mountainbiken und Joggen gern genutzt. Die Gastgeber Annette und Piotr waren sehr freundlich, vor Ort war auch noch eine kroatische Ansprechpartnerin wenn die Gastgeber nicht vor Ort sind. Alles in allem hatten wir eine richtig schöne Zeit in der Villa Laurus Residence und am Pool, etc...

    Wir waren Mitte Mai die ersten Gäste des Jahres und somit war der Garten noch etwas wild, aber die Gastgeber lieben es auch etwas ursprünglicher und authentischer, es ist wirklich viel Natur pur rund ums Haus mit den schönen Olivenbäumen, etc.. Die Zimmer waren sauber aber nicht perfekt was zum Beispiel die Sauberkeit der Vorgänge betraf, nach dem langen Winterschlaf waren kleine Tierchen daran etc, und ein paar kleinere Reparaturen im Haus könnte man auch vornehmen - alles in allem jedoch empfehlenswert und schön!

    Hele fijne villa op een mooie locatie

    Fijne rustige plek. Mooie uitvalsbasis om plekjes aan de kust te bezoeken zoals Umag, Novigrad en Fiese. Supermarkt dichtbij

    Het gras van de tuin is hard en niet geschikt om op te spelen.
