    Huge villa with a spectacular view and outdoors. Modern bathrooms, cute kitchen and spacious house with plenty of space for a big group. A few minutes from the property (on top), there's an amazing panorama and sunset viewing spot! It was great to have aircon, washing machine, plenty of cooking, cleaning and beach facilities, and even ping pong. The check-in and communication with Gaetano was smooth, and he was helpful. The location is convenient and is 10 min away from Lipari (by car). There's also a cute beach nearby within 5 minutes (by car).

    Nothing in particular, just be aware that: - the road to the villa is quite uphill and curvy (we had a car with which it was manageable) - there's a limit on aircon after which fees apply (but we didn't go over it as a group in the end, we used it during the night) - the water is not drinkable from the tap, which would be helpful to mention A small note but the light outside could be less strong/white for a cozier atmosphere.

    For unexperienced driver the arrival to villa might be challenge...but whole island is :-)

    We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa

    The villa with the surrounding garden and especially the view are just beautiful. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay a lot. It’s perfect for a big family, two befriended families or also some couples going on holiday together. We didn’t miss one thing in the villa! Also the contact with Silvia was always very nice and Gaetano who checked us in and out was very friendly and helpful.

    We loved everything! The only thing that could be interesting for people traveling with kids who need silence at night is that it’s basically impossible to close the doors in the house silently (wooden doors). It didn’t affect us personally too much though and all the rest was really perfect!
