    Truly wonderful place. I cannot imagine finding anywhere as good

    Absolutely stunning. Very spacious. Location was idyllic

    Literally the only tiny thing that I can say wasn’t perfect was the tv’s not working as they should.

    Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit traumhafter Terrasse

    Sehr großzügige Raumaufteilung, schöne Einrichtung, super zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage direkt am Gardasee und in der Altstadt (ein Ausgang zum Gardasee, ein Ausgang direkt in die Fußgängerzone). Tolle Terrasse. Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Strand ca 5 min zu Fuß. Auto steht etwas entfernt in einer Tiefgarage, Gepäck-/Personentransport erfolgt über ein Hotel.

    Zu Beginn ein Problem mit der Sauberkeit in einem Bad. Wurde jedoch umgehend gereinigt. Alle anderen Räume waren sauber und in Ordnung.

    Ein Kleinod, die Villa, sehr authentisch mit der Beschreibung... direkt am See. Umgeben von bester Gastronomie am See, ein kleiner 'Tante Emma' Laden... im die Ecke ein grösserer... das Glockenspiel der nahen Kirche.... Für unsere Bedürfnisse mit fünf Reisenden optimale Raumaufteilung. Jede! Anfrage oder 'Reklamation' an das Hotel wurde sofort erfüllt und umgesetzt!!! Bester Hotelservice! Lob den Damen Rachele, Giuditta und Sabina! Auch der Gepäckservice klappte allerbestens eingespielt mit Francesco beim Ankommen und Walter bei der Abfahrt! Schon nahezu deutsche Pünktlichkeit!

    Den Damen vom Reinigungsteam sollte mehr Zeit gegeben werden... z.B. für sorgfältige Bodenpflege...und Sauberkeit...
