The villa is the best place we've ever booked for a vacation. All areas are perfectly designed in mint conditions, being really new, rooms are big, shared areas are comfortable and the private pool is incredible. The staff was always available for any need: we booked a different breakfast every day; once a private chef came to prepare a dinner for us that was really good and cheap; we were 9 of us and the staff was able to arrange 9 massages at the same time, directly at the Villa. Anytime we needed something, the staff was always available. Amazing!

如果交通和服務安排能再改善畢竟是而外付費的服務，整體住宿體驗會好很多。
Villa整體非常大間！適合一大群朋友來！待在Villa裡玩水
整體住宿環境不錯，但最大的缺點是交通非常不方便。入住 Villa 後幾乎叫不到 Grab，因為入口有保安管制，Grab 司機通常無法開進來。如果要前往 Ubud 市區，只能請管家協助叫車，單趟約 150,000 印尼盾，價格偏高。而且因為市區塞車，我們還遇到司機直接請我們提早下車，剩下的路要自己走，整體交通體驗不太理想。另外，管家的安排也有些混亂。我們前一天已經預約好到 Villa 按摩，並提供了希望指定的按摩師名單，但當天實際來的按摩師和預約內容完全不同。晚餐 BBQ 更是沒有幫我們成功預約，也沒有主動通知，是我們自己詢問後才知道沒有安排。還好當時我們人在外面，所以直接改到外面用餐，否則可能會一直在 Villa 等待卻不知道沒有預約成功。至於額外付費的早餐，我個人覺得 CP 值不高，餐點普通，建議直接到 Ubud 市區享用早餐，選擇更多也更划算。環境方面，Villa 的螞蟻比較多，只要食物沒有馬上收好，很快就會引來螞蟻。此外，整體清潔度還有進步空間，希望能加強日常清潔與環境維護如果交通和服務安排能再改善，整體住宿體驗會好很多。
