  séjour extraordinaire

  Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Les équipements sont au top, l'extérieur est très bien entretenu et tout était très propre à notre arrivée. Le quartier est calme et agréable. L'hôte est très à l'écoute et réactif en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

  Beautiful location and views, but let down by poor cleanliness, pest issues, safety and maintenance problems, and broken

  The remote location and views are the villa’s strongest points

  Unfortunately the standard didn’t match the price. We booked as a family with two young children and ran into a number of issues. Hygiene was the biggest let-down: kitchen surfaces were heavily stained, glasses were coated in limescale and not fit to use, and there were ants trailing across the worktops. We also saw a mouse inside the property and other bugs indoors during the stay. There were maintenance and safety concerns too, exposed loose electrical wiring at the poolside (a real worry with small children), missing tiles, and missing lightbulbs. The advertised smart TV/Netflix didn’t work at any point, and the WiFi was so unreliable we had to use our own mobile data for most of the stay. Despite the host knowing in advance that we had a baby, no cot was available for the first few days, and when it arrived it came with no mattress, so it was unusable. To be fair, the host responded when we flagged things and offered to look into some of them. But several issues were never resolved, and when we later raised a partial refund the request was declined. For the price paid, I expected a considerably higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep. Would I stay again: No. Beautiful spot, but it needs a proper deep clean, pest control, and some overdue maintenance before it’s worth the money.

  Die Aussicht war sensationell. Ausstattung ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Einzig die Bettlaken berven, da man lauter Falten im Laufe der Nacht hat. Georgia die Managerin ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und ging perfekt auf unsere Wünsche ein. Vielen Dank nochmals
