  La villa necessita di un restauro L’acqua della piscina crea irritazione alla pelle perché i prodotti vengono utilizzati senza misurazione del ph La vasca idro è molto bella ma impossibile riempirla con acqua calda per problemi idraulici Le imposte delle finestre sono tutte rotte Manca un’aspirapolvere e la scopa e il mocho sono completamente consumati

  Tout était super ! Le confort, la propreté, la situation , franchement tout était génial pour notre famille ! Et cette vue magnifique devant l'océan, c'était magique ! La piscine et la clim c'était top ! franchement merci pour cet incroyable séjour !

  Si je peux me permettre juste un petit truc = des nouvelles raquettes de ping pong et une nouvelle grille pour le barbecue auraient été parfait !

  Great location but villa really needs a good bit of maintenance and it could be utterly stunning.

  Top line the villa has the most amazing views. Day and night and the sound of the ocean bashing against the rocks is just fantastic. It didn’t really bother us having people walking past on the coastal walk way. Loads of places to eat within walking distance and we also took the bus into the marina area which was really cheap and only took about 25mins The villa is large and the master suit is a fabulous size with a dressing area and massive wardrobe. Stunning master bathroom with double spa with shower over, 2nd shower room and a 3rd with toilet & sink

  The villa was very tired. The twin rooms were not used by us as it was just my husband and I renting. However if we had brought other people we would have been embarrassed as the shutters have slats missing and one of the rooms had a blackout blind but the other had the roller part but now actual blind. The kitchen was OK but the fridge freezer had seen better days. There was no handle to open the freezer door and the drawers were broken. Did it keep everything cold, yes but for the price you are paying for this villa its just not up to standard. We had to buy our own spatula as it was just plastic serving spoons for cooking and all we were cooking was breakfasts so frying eggs, omelette etc. We had an issue with the aircon in the bedroom which got sorted eventually however it took us threatening to seek compensation for them to sort it as it was going to take 3 days initially but it was soon sorted the following day. Shouldn’t have the threaten to get action. We didn’t even want to try the aircon in the living room and as we spent most of our time outside with the view we didn’t need to but attached is a photo of the external part of that aircon unit. Scary and dangerous looking. There was also a lamp in the living room with the plug just sitting next to it!! And a few other areas in the villa where the lighting either didn’t work or flickered. Clearly the view and location keeps this villa rented out as the standard of accommodation is very low. It could be an absolutely stunning property with very little spent on it. And security might be an issue as the wall is low and there is nothing really stopping someone coming into the grounds.
