  Nice villa - close to beaches - still needs a car - and has some easily fixable flaw: an umbrella.

  Its a very nice house - in a guarded neighbourhood - nice features - like the outdoor shower and shade for car and also BBQ outdoor. Also the rooftop with lookout and seaview and setup there is great.

  Well - what I really dont understand (and both of us dont understand) - we did find a south patio in a corner - which is very partially covered by the balcony - wonderful setting - but: an umbrella stand - no umbrella - how on earth can you use a patio table in the broad daylight sun from morning till almost late evening - where one goes to countries like Cyprus to enjoy just THAT - the outdoor way of living - we asked for it - and the answer was: we took all of them away (well yes, once in a while you have to close them for wind or bad weather and yes, there is a small risk some guests may not do so - and that leaves a tiny bit of danger (or simply buy one which is sturdy enough and a stand which is sturdy enough) - but a solution "we took it away" to not have to deal with the problem - is a bit an answer that sounds like an answer a bad teacher would give to kids. Guys: you make money with this. And combined with many many signs and rules (that normal people dont violate) it gives a bit a strange impression - we have stayed in 2 other villas in Cyprus - and Crete - that were much more open to the idea - that an outside table in a southern country also needs protection from sun to enjoy it. Pool is also a bit on the small and shallow side - good for kids - not soo good for adults. We bought an umbrella ourselves at Metro and used the stand - hopefully that comment leads to a change in behaviour - and not in the way to remove the stand now as well. Next time we will ask before booking for sthg like this.

  Good location and easily accommodated 4 adults with 3 en-suites.

  Excellent location. Easy access to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets whilst still being just off the beaten track. Good pool size and good bbq size. Aircon, WiFi and main tv channels very good. The concierge and staff resolved the 3 issues we raised very quickly.

  It needs a deep clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. However, bedroom floors had hair and dust in skirting areas. All the floors need a steam clean. No bbq tools and master bedroom bed not that comfortable. With just a little more effort and focus, it could be very good.

  It was just like home having everything you needed

  That there was an en suite in every bedroom. Had everything you needed. George the host was very helpful re: a few things.
