    Vicinanza al mare Casa molto spaziosa con piccolo cortiletto esterno Parcheggio gratuito a poco distanza dalla casa

    La strada davanti alla casa è molto trafficata La casa è si vicino al mare, ma un po' in periferia e quindi lontana dal centro del paese (bar / panifici / gelaterie non vicini) Utensili cucina (pentolame e posate) un po' vecchi e tutti diversi, sarebbe bello se fossero rimodernati un po' per dare maggiore senso di ordine e pulizia
