  Misleading title and description, no AC in bedroom, different issues

  The view was lovely. It was clean and tidy.

  The title and the description are misleading. You can only tell it's not a whole villa if both of the apartments are free and not booked. (I saw another review saying the same, so it's not just me that got confused). I wouldn't have booked if it was written "apartment in villa" and not "villa".. Sadly I had booked only the second floor and the price was too high for what we got. Maybe the first floor apartment isn't so bad. There's a steep driveway and we have to climb four floors to get to the second floor. There are very steep steps from the first to second floor that are not properly secured and it is very dangerous, especially for kids. (You can see in one of my photos). The second floor terrace is with tiles, which when wet, become very slippery. My child slipped and fell twice. There's active construction work just in front of the house and there's construction noise from early morning to late afternoon every working day. The road to the house is an overgrown dirt road.. The biggest issue is the attic - it gets extremely hot up there and there is no AC in the bedroom, so it's impossible to sleep with closed doors. But even with open doors, it still stays warm up there. The ceiling is very close to the bed. There's a small mattress on the ground of the attic and a very cheap fan that is supposed to cool you off... The toilet stopped working, the host said she'll call a plumber the next day, so she left us a whole afternoon, evening, night and morning without toilet. So we left the property prematurely. In the morning there was no hot or even warm water. She had also entered the property without our knowledge! Afterwards the host was extremely rude, didn't give full refund for the remaining nights, and even lied in the reply to my review to make me seem in the wrong. She wrote me a rude message and blocked me. That's why I edited my review from 4 to 1 stars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  This is a truly wonderful place that we would love to return to.

  We had an amazing stay at this villa and would happily come back again. The location is excellent—easy to reach, yet peaceful and private. The villa offers breathtaking sea views on one side and is surrounded by beautiful nature on the other, creating the perfect relaxing atmosphere. Our children absolutely loved the villa’s grounds. The garden is beautifully maintained, full of greenery, and there is a spacious, well-equipped barbecue area that is perfect for family gatherings. The house itself is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable, worry-free family holiday. Every detail has been thoughtfully prepared to make guests feel at home. What truly makes this place special is the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. They are incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely care about their guests. No matter the time of day, they are always ready to help, ensuring that nothing interrupts your holiday and that you can fully enjoy your stay.

  Our stay at this house was absolutely wonderful! The hosts were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. We really appreciated how comfortable and well-equipped the house was. It was so quiet and peaceful—exactly what we needed. On top of that, the views were breathtaking, and the fresh air was amazing.

  Хотелось бы вернуться туда еще !

  Нам все понравилось ! Мы отдыхали в октябре и даже дождь не испортил нам отдых! Рассвет , вид - прекрасный!
