Please note: If keys are lost or left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of these hours. New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Closer to arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.     Fantastic travel and house with one frustrating, easily fixed, flaw!

    Everything here was just fantastic. The rooms were big and bright and sitting outside late into the evening was just perfect.

    The only thing that led to reduced experience was how hard it was to get rid of the trash. There were some guidance on the fridge on how to properly dispose of it, but they were hard to understand to say the least! It guided us either to a square in a nearby town where we were supposed to be able to get rid of our trash -> those trashcans were nowhere to be found. Or it guided us to a recycling station, where we were informed that to be able to use this station we needed to provide some "green card". -> of which we had no knowledge of. Please fix this issue! You threaten to charge 150€ if the trash is not properly disposed of BUT the guidance to do so is very pourly explained and leads to confusion and frustration in an otherwise fantastic house and travel.

    Virkelig skønt hus, men gode senge, skøn overdækket terrasse, dejligt udeområde og pool. Vi kommer gerne igen.

    Der var ingen poolhåndklæder. Det viser billederne, så det var lidt ærgerligt.

    this property was great for me and other 7 friends!

    this property was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ! you need to have a car because its basically far from everything. you can have loud music - you basically don’t have many houses around ! we loved everything! Just one thing we were cleaning the house and it was a bit passed 10am when 8 people arrived , and there was a very angry blonde women saying she was friends with the owner and we needed to leave (the lady who cleans the house arrived at the same time when we we’re leaving!! so there was no need for that. she was very rude with us!! despite that , everything else was great! ❤️
