Magical feeling the minute you walked in the foyer. Very spacious, authentic Italian tiled floors, chandeliers that showcased beautiful crown molded ceilings. Very good location, close enough to the beach area and far enough for a residential feel. Perfect for family gatherings, especially with the detached cottage in the garden. Grandparents will be comfortable, close but separate. Great value, highly recommended.

Et veldig fint sted som kunne blitt fantastisk med grundig rengjøring.

Beliggenheten! Store gode rom med aircon. Flere bad og doer. God kommunikasjon med utleier.

Stedet trenger en grundig vask! Skap, kjøkken, servise, under senger osv. Uteområdet hadde hatt godt av en oppfriskning og skrubb av fliser. Annekset hadde også en veldig fuktig lukt.

Wonderful property, ideally located, exceptional host.

Fantastic location, minutes walk to the main promenade. Space within the property as a whole was very pleasant for a family to enjoy. Having the separate apartment in the garden was fantastic for grandparents travelling with us. Support from the host and their team was exceptional.

The photographs depict the rooms as being much brighter than they could possibly be- rooms are typically shaded as might be expected in traditional Tuscan properties, but this was one of the reasons we had chosen this property and surprised us. The apartment would have benefitted from airing out before our stay.

We had a lovely week enjoying family dinners and the beach.

The villa is a typical Viareggina home. The air conditioning was in all of the bedrooms which helped on the few sweaty nights. The area is beautiful. There was plenty of room for the family. When we needed more pillows, they brought them over. The hosts were easy to contact and allowed us a little extra time for my parents to check out. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
