    Stark in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Keine Weiterempfehlung

    Die Außendusche ist bei der Rückkehr vom Strand sehr praktisch. Ruhige Lage.

    Die Wohnung befand sich bei der Übergabe in einem unordentlichen Zustand. Überall stand irgendwas herum. Da wir keine Alternative hatten mussten wir einziehen und brauchten ca. 3 h um einen bewohnbaren Zustand herzustellen. In der gesamten Wohnung und im Aussenbereich lagen leere und halbleere Sprùhdosen mit Insektensprays und Steckdosen-Verdampfer für Insektizide herum. In den Kùchenschränken und im Gefrierschrank befanden sich Unmengen angebrochener, abgelaufener Lebensmittel sowie Gewürze vorangegangener Bewohner. Die Wohnungseinrichtung besteht aus zusammengestückelten, abgewohnten Möbeln, eigentlich reif für den Sperrmüll. Die Matratzen waren extrem hart und unbequem. Alle 6 Familienmitglieder klagten über Rückenschmerzen. Der Vermieter wiegelte ab und schob die Ursachen für die Missstände auf die"Vertretung der Putzfrau". Das gesamte Haus befindet sich in einem sanierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Ein Versuch der Entschuldigung durch vorbeigebrachtes Gebäck und 2 Flaschen Wein könnten für die vielen Mängel nicht entschädigen.
