  We would never book this property again and cannot recommend it.

  Very disappointing stay – the listing photos do not reflect the actual condition Unfortunately, the accommodation did not correspond to the impression created by the listing photos. The pool area is photographed particularly well, but the photos do not show the actual condition of the house, especially the serious cleanliness and maintenance problems inside. The house was damp, poorly maintained, and extremely unclean. There was visible mold in the kitchen, including inside the drawers, together with a very strong unpleasant smell. Surfaces, dishes, and kitchen utensils were dirty or sticky, and some items were barely usable. We also found ants and other insects in the kitchen. The washing machine did not work, and the gas stove was unusable, leaving only a small portable cooking plate for five guests. There was also a power outage during the night, which caused the refrigerator to stop working and meant that we had to throw away part of our groceries. We reported the issues during our stay. Three technician visits took place, but the essential problems were not resolved. We also had to spend a significant part of our four-day trip waiting at the property. A further visit regarding the cleanliness was only offered shortly before check-out, when it could no longer have meaningfully improved our stay. The property later suggested that we had declined assistance. That does not reflect what happened. We reported the problems, cooperated with the visits, and only declined another disruption shortly before departure after the previous appointments had not resolved the issues. Despite paying €370 per night, our request for a fair partial refund was rejected. Instead, we were offered a discount on a future direct booking. We documented the condition of the property with photographs, videos, and written communication. Based on our experience, we would not book this accommodation again.

  Lovely villa a short distance from the action of Old Town

  Lovely villa in Rhodes Town with a gorgeous inside and outside areas. It’s taken good care of and the location is in walking distance of the Old Town, with some local cafes and shops nearby

  Kävelymatkan päässä ravintola sekä kauppa.

  Majoitus oli ala-arvoinen kuin myös henkilökunta. Paikalle mentäessä nurmikko rehotti, uima-allas oli täynnä roskia, pihan kalusteet epäjärjestyksessä. Sisällä yläkerran ilmalämpöpumppujen kaukosäätimien paristot hapettuneet (ei toimineet), seinien rappaukset kupruilee ja kasvaa jotakin? Yhteen vessaan jäi lukkojen taakse jumiin. Vessojen ovet eivät avaudu kunnolla. Lisäksi paikalle saapuessamme meille ei ollut tarpeeksi petivaatteita (eikä näitä pyynnöistä huolimatta saatu vaikka ne kertaalleen muka tuotiin) ja toisena iltana sähköt ei enää toimineet, vikavirta meni päälle koko ajan. Avunsaanti lähes mahdotonta. Vaihdoimme majoitusta.
