  Las instalaciones bien, la casa esta muy nueva y esta bien amueblada.

  Faltaba el secador. La piscina estaba sucia, porque hay muchas obras cerca.

  La casa está muy bien equipada. No le falta ningún detalle. Tumbonas y sombrilla para la playa, toallas de baño y piscina, menaje suficiente. Fantástico

  La limpieza se puede mejorar. Y las almohadas de las camas necesitan un cambio.

  The villa is beautiful and in a great location. We would definitely recommend!

  We were met by the key holder on our arrival, and this had been pre-arranged through a couple of texts, which was really reassuring. Contact had also been made with the villa owner, with any questions answered promptly. The key holder explained everything about the villa, and ensured we were completely happy before she left. She was also our point of contact should we have any problems, which again was really helpful. The villa itself is beautiful and very well appointed. The wall of doors which opens out onto the pool gives the property a relaxing spacious feel and the pool was just the right size to cool down from the Spanish sun. The basement was also a major winner with our party, providing a quiet cool space (although the table tennis table did create some competition!). The property is in a quiet street, which was very peaceful, although only a two minute walk to the lagoon. The lagoon was superb, with plenty of sun loungers and shade available in a stunning setting.

  There was nothing the property lacked, everything we needed was provided, and because the property has recently been built, everything was new and of a high quality.

  We tried to leave after the first night due to the facilities advertised being closed (beach/lake) and the cleanline

  The size of the property was good

  The property was not clean on arrival, with dirty laundry in the baskets and lots of dust all over the units

  We had an amazing stay in this wonderful villa. The check in was excellent as was the check out. The owner and key holder were communative and very friendly. The villa was spotlessly clean and has everything a family needs to relax and enjoy the villa, the resort and the local area. The lake is something to behold! The resort restaurant is really great with friendly, professional staff and a menu that caters for all.There are plenty of fun activities for all the family within a few minutes walk. It is well served by both Alicante and Murcia International airports. We totally recommend this villa to all! Fantastico!
