We booked last minute, and Sardinia in August is expensive. It was fine for our week.
2 bathrooms
No oven - indoors, or bbq Air condition leaked water outside, so the terrace was constantly wet. The sprinklers need re angling as again it’s directed all over the terrace, which isn’t large.

We stayed here as a family of four (two adults and two children) and overall had a pleasant stay. The apartment is charming, simple, and functional rather than luxurious, and it offers beautiful mountain views. We especially appreciated the outdoor shower, the two bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, and everything needed for preparing meals. A few things are worth knowing before you arrive. The property can be a little difficult to find because the entrance is located at the back of the building, while GPS may direct you to the front. Make sure you navigate to the rear entrance to avoid confusion. We also strongly recommend arranging an exact meeting point and arrival time with the host in advance to collect the keys. One important thing to note is that the mobile phone reception is extremely poor. None of us had reliable network coverage during our stay, so once you arrive it can be difficult to contact anyone. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. The apartment provides a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and other essentials, but these are not replenished during your stay. Guests are expected to purchase any additional supplies themselves. We did notice that a few items had not been restocked before our arrival, but after contacting the property manager they delivered everything promptly the following day, so the service was excellent. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues with the alarm system. It repeatedly activated and deactivated on its own and caused quite a bit of stress on our first day. My husband eventually had to remove and clean the battery, and the control unit was later taken away by the staff. Hopefully this has now been resolved for future guests. Some previous reviews mentioned welcome refreshments upon arrival. In our case, there were only a few bottles of water, so it’s best not to expect more than that.

Classic Italian coastal holidays
Overall, the location is quiet and scenic. People who know Italy and islands would not expect anything else from a decent Italian style accommodation. You do not get sea view from the property but you have nice view of local landscape. The beach is really close by foot and was almost "private" for us. The property has big dining space and nice front yard. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Internet connection works properly (unlike mobile signal - mostly none). I found the place nice/OK for family stay but nothing too exciting. Fair price for a stay in May but during summer months almost doubles.
The staff introducing accommodation barely speaks any English. Quite funny when tourism and services creates around 80% GDP and are main employment sectors on the island. Therefore, it was pretty hard to get to know how everything functions. Light switches were fun to operate. Same goes for AC and alarm, which we accidentally turned off. Mosquitos are another chapter - opening windows was not possible, but still they appeared out of nowhere! Some nets on the windows could help significantly. Bedrooms are small, be prepared for it as well as the bathroom upstairs. The bedroom downstairs is basically a cellar with no outdoor windows. While the kitchen offers all appliances and equipment for cooking, the space is very limited. Coffee is available but you will not find any salt or pepper, or oil olive, which would be greatly appreciated.
