    Don't rent this property; not fit for purpose

    This property needs to be taken off the market and brought up to standard, and made more safe. You can't charge €475 per night for this. - Safety Risk 1 - cracked and missing tiles in the pool (daughter cut her foot). Lots of missing tiles all over the pool, on the steps to get in, on the bottom & on the walls. - Safety Risk 2 - internal stairs are not finished correctly and are a trip hazard - Drainage - due to narrow drains both showers flood after a few minutes. There are signs asking guests to take short showers to avoid this. Even with 5 people taking short showers there was overflow. Just fix the drains!! - Downstairs Bedrooms - these are small and the furniture is really poor quality. I'd say prison beds are of higher quality! One set of drawers is totally worn and looks awful. - Lack of basics - 1 teaspoon is an example!! Missing light bulbs on the patio and in the house (I replaced 2 so we could see). No bedside lockers in the main bedroom. No mirrors in any bedrooms. General lack of furniture. Tiny TV in the living room. - No furniture whatsoever on the large upstairs balcony. Great space but no use for it! - Air Con - we knew that only the main bedroom has AC. It is needed in other rooms - Front & Back Door Quality/Security - the doors are of such poor quality and thin that the screws in the door handles won't stay in the doors, so handles are loose. Proper doors are needed. Basic!! - Privacy - rather than have a wall around the perimeter there is green netting. I think it's the only house on the street without a wall, which would add privacy.

    Lovely villa in excellent location

    Excellent location very easy check in and communication. Everything that you need clean and tidy with large pool and garden
