    Nice and remote stay close to Villasimius and Costa Rei beaches.

    Property has 2 separate buildings and is definitely fine for 6 people. However, if you have 7 people, one should expect to live in a tiny room with almost no air and sunlight. Quite spacious villa with nice living room, 3 separate bathrooms in 2 buildings.

    The property does not look as fresh as it is shown on photos. It definitely needs renovation. Some of its parts like kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms have defects due to long utilization. For example, our bed in the ground floor bedroom had a spring frame and was very creaky. The shower drain was clogged and did not drain well. Kitchenware was quite old and some common issues were missing. Basically, Villa has everything you need and all the cons are not that important, but Villa definitely has differences with photos.
