    Ein sehr schöner Ort um mitten im Leben Luino zu erleben.

    Es ist sehr schöne historische Villa mitten in der Altstadt, sehr ordentlich renoviert auf heutige Standards. Die Eignung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und groß. Der Vermieter ist sehr gut erreichbar und berät gut bzw. kümmert sich bei Anfragen. Wie haben uns sehr wohl fühlen können!

    Perfekte Wohnung für einen schönen Urlaub am Lago Maggiore

    Die Wohnung war mit allem, was einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ausmacht, ausgestattet. Die Lage im Stadtzentrum war hervorragend und dennoch sehr ruhig. Hervorzuheben ist der Aufzug um in die Wohnung im ersten Stockwerk zu kommen, vor allem bei der An- und Abreise. Ebenso waren wir begeistert von der überdachten Freifläche zum Innenhof.

    Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

    Das Appartement in einem Palazzo aus dem 17. Jahrhundert ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und hat viele besondere Details, wie die Deckenmalerei in zwei Räumen. Die Ausstattung ist super. Der Balkon ist geräumig und ruhig mit Blick zum Innenhof. Super fanden wir die Lage mitten in der Altstadt. In wenigen Minuten konnten wir Geschäfte, Restaurants und auch den Fähranleger erreichen. Gastgeber Marc ist immer ansprechbar und hat viele gute Tipps. Der private Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch.

    Die Straße, auf die das Schlafzimmer hinausgeht, hat Kopfsteinpflaster. Deshalb ist der Autoverkehr gut hörbar, wobei nachts kaum Verkehr ist. Mittwochs ist während der Marktzeiten die Ein- oder Ausfahrt zum Parkplatz blockiert. Dies sollte man bei der Tagesplanung berücksichtigen.
