Le réceptionniste n'avait pas de monnaie lors du paiement et nous a demandé de repasser plus tard récupérer notre monnaie. 2j plus tard je vais demander notre monnaie et il n'en avait toujours pas et a demandé qu'on aille la faire nous même dans un commerce voisin : j'ai du négocier avec lui pour qu'il daigne aller faire la monnaie pour nous la rendre. Notre chambre était dans le hall d'entrée il y avait donc beaucoup de bruit des le matin et jusqu'au soir et les réceptionnistes écoutent de la musique ou des vidéos qui s'entendent jusque dans la chambre : j'ai du aller demander à ce qu'ils baissent le son de son téléphone a 7h du matin car on ne pouvait plus dormir.
