Beautiful and relaxing stay
Wonderful property - very comfortable for a group of friends. The place is private and beautifully located close to the sea. Great pool facilities. We loved the upstairs balcony too for the views.
Bathroom in the small house is tiny and it is hard to shower without flooding it and the bedroom. We used different bathroom (there are 3) for showers.

Piscina con piastrelle scure che favoriscono il tepore e le nuotate serali, la brevissima distanza da una spiaggia bellissima e dalle acque limpide ricca di nidi di tartarughe caretta-caretta, la presenza di 3 bagni e di una depandance autonoma , un terrazzo al primo piano con vista sul mare
La quantità limitata di stoviglie e asciugamani ( eravamo in 7 ma gli asciugamani e molte stoviglie erano per 5 persone) , pulizia sommaria degli ambienti, qualche piccola sistemazione da fare per muri scrostati e la presenza di un piccolo prato , ma non curato...

The perfect choice for a wonderful family & friends time
We had a wonderful family & friends time and enjoyed every second at Villa Makisland. Everything was perfect – the villa was very well maintained and the overall service was excellent. The house has a wonderful and spacious outdoor area with a pool incl. kids pool, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven and safe parking space for two cars. Three double bedrooms (two in the main house and one in the little house), three bathrooms with toilet and two kitchen. A highlight is the big balcony with seaview and cozy furniture for the perfect sundowner. The beach is only a one minute walk away. We would also like to mention that the communication with Matina was always very easy. We can definitely imagine to come back in the future.
It was a pity that you couldn’t see the sea from the sun loungers by the pool, as the view was blocked by a stone wall. Glass would have been the perfect choice here.
