schöner Meerblick von der oberen Terrasse, kurzer Weg zum Meer, haustierfreundlich mit eingezäuntem Grundstück, Ruhelage, gepflegter Garten
Haustechnik gehört grundlegend reformiert - teilweise nicht funktionierende Steckdosen, keine Steckdosen im Küchenbereich, wenig Wasserdruck, eingeschränktes Warmwasser, Wiederbefüllung des WC-Kastens dauert ewig - Einfahrt zum Grundstück zwar vorhanden, aber nur für kleinere Autos möglich

Tout est parfait à la Villa Marea. Accueil chaleureux des hôtes qui sont prêts à rendre tous les services demandés. L’emplacement est super calme, à 50m de la plage. Situation idéale pour visiter la région. Logement bien équipé, spacieux, très propre. Plusieurs terrasses. Vue sur la mer. Parking à l’intérieur de la propriété. Un vrai paradis !

Villa grande con giardino; patio attrezzato di sdraio, lettini divanetti e doccia calda . Posizione eccellente: a 200m da una bella spiaggia libera con sabbia, pulita quotidianamente , con doccia e cestini per la differenziata e veramente a pochi metri da calette rocciose.
La cucina manca di qualche utensile necessario per un soggiorno più confortevole per una famiglia. Per rendere più fruibile l’esterno, vista la presenza di molte piante , andrebbe fatto qualche trattamento antizanzare.
