  The villa was clean, spacious, close to the beach, the cleaning guys came and did a good job. The villa manager was really helpful. I loved the fact that it was in a quiet place so when we were home, we felt right at home.

  Massive space for 5 to 6 people

  Plenty spaces for 5 people. The kitchen facilities were nice. We made our dinner there. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms were great for everyone to have some privacy. The pool was clean every day. Plenty of car parking space. Naxos isn’t big so only took us 15 minutes to drive to the city centre.

  The hot water is a bit hard to operate. We had a few cold showers. We had a power problem. The host sent people to get it fixed very quickly. However, they didn’t speck English, it was a bit hard to communicate, but Google translate helped.

  Tive recentemente de férias com um casal de amigos e esta villa superou as nossas expetativas, camas bastante confortáveis, aéreas da villa muito grandes, fácil de acesso, tudo estava limpo e desde as loiças, os lençois tudo na villa estava cuidado, a piscina e aéreas exteriores também muito cuidadas, posso recomendar e vale mesmo a pena porque a experiência foi um 10/10.

  Na verdade gostamos de tudo mas atenção nos dias em que não está sol pois o aquecimento da água é fornecido por painéis solares e demora um bocado a aquecer a água da villa mas não foi um problema para nós, apenas um detalhe...

  Dirty villa, hostile owner, unannounced intrusion. An unsafe and unacceptable stay.

  Extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable experience. The villa was not properly cleaned upon arrival . We documented this with photos and reported it immediately to the management company, expecting a swift resolution. Instead of receiving help, the owner's wife let herself into the property through the outside pool area, completely unannounced, and confronted us in an accusatory tone, trying to shift the blame onto us for the state of the villa. This was not just poor service ,it was a serious violation of our privacy and safety as paying guests. We felt intimidated and unsafe in a place that should have been secure and private. No guest should ever have to deal with an uninvited confrontation on the property they've paid to stay in. Cleanliness standards were not met, communication was hostile rather than helpful, and basic guest privacy was disregarded entirely. We would not recommend this property and are pursuing a full refund. Booking.com should take complaints like this seriously,this is a matter of guest safety, not just satisfaction.

  Like a dream - did not want to leave when our time was dune.

  Absolutely perfect in every way! Felt like we a movie. Plenty of space for every member of the family both to chill or play out in the sun.
