    The location and pool were excellent bed comfy

    The villa is tired and needs to be upgraded for the money charged furniture, kitchen and bathrooms, kettle had to be replaced and utensils in the kitchen left a lot to be desired

    Superb location and good facilities

    While the villa itself was pleasant, there were a couple of issues that impacted our experience. The roof terrace, which was a key feature in listings on the Beach Villas website, was gated and locked, making it inaccessible during our stay. Additionally, although on-site parking is also advertised, the gate to the parking area was also padlocked, so we were unable to use it. Fortunately, street parking outside the villa was easy and convenient. However, if amenities like a roof terrace and on-site parking are promoted, they should be available and accessible to guests as expected.
