I was very disappointed with the property. The apartment was extremely dirty and was not in the condition shown or described in the listing. The bathroom was not functioning properly—the shower did not work correctly, and the toilet could not flush. Overall, several things were not as advertised, and the property was not acceptable in the condition we found it. I would like to request a refund because the accommodation did not match the description and the basic bathroom facilities were not functional.

In my view the location is over-prized for what it's worth. The small town is actually quit nice and the building itself as well. The building and the rooms are simply somewhat neglected in terms of upkeep and maintenance. Given the price paid, one would simply expect a bit more. It is a real shame, actually; with very little effort, one could get so much more out of the location.
