    Beautiful villa in a great location, shame about the issues we had that made our stay quite uncomfortable.

    The villa was beautiful and in a great location. The villa is very well set out with great amenities. Housekeeping staff and pool maintenance were very kind and attentive.

    The manager was quite abrupt and blunt (pretty shocking for Balinese standards, as the people are one of the main reasons we return to Bali multiple times per year). Actually lied to us when initially showing us around the property claiming the ceiling fan in the living area was loud and therefore a small pedestal fan was available, the ceiling fan did not actually work. The lovely housekeeping staff had maintenance come the following day when we enquired with her, he could not fix the issue and we were told he was getting a part and would be back (he did not return). We were also not told that the hot water dispenser didn’t work and then found a kettle to put on the stove top. When pointing this issues out to the manager when checking out she was quite rude in her responses pointing out the alternatives etc. air conditioners in all of the bedrooms seem to struggle to get cool and there is a constant intermittent high pitched squealing noise heard (maybe from power supply or water pump etc)

    Relaxing and quiet

    We liked that the place was quiet and well looked after. Cleaners did a good job every day and it was very relaxing.

    We didn't realise that the bathrooms were open to the outside air so we did have some issues with mosquito's at night while sleeping but once we had the doors to bathrooms closed and a plug in bug spray it was fine
