Bel endroit, magnifique maison bien située au calme mais malheureusement très mal entretenue.
Belle maison, bien placée avec un bel espace terrasse ainsi qu’une jolie piscine.
Forte odeur dans les écoulements, spécialement dans la cuisine, ainsi que la salle de bain attenante à la grande chambre à coucher. Très forte odeur de moisissure dans une des chambres à coucher (inutilisable personnellement ). Jardin en bas des escaliers de la maison inutilisable car aucun entretien a été effectué. Ne pas se fier aux photos du site concernant la vue sur la mer, car suite à ce manque d’entretien nous voyons la mer 🌊 mais de loin. Éclairage de la piscine non fonctionnel ( déjà signalé auparavant par plusieurs clients),ainsi que les deux prises électriques et lumières lit dans la chambre à coucher principale, non fonctionnel avec scotch sur l’interrupteur pour éviter court-circuit. La Hotte de la cuisine ainsi que sa lumière ne fonctionne pas.

C’est un endroit incroyable où nous avons passé de superbes vacances.
La villa est très jolie, lorsqu’on descend le chemin pour y accéder, on découvre un superbe endroit : la piscine, le coin terrasse, la vue, le logement… Elle est très bien placée, nous etions au calme et dans un coin peu touristique. L’hote était arrangeant.
La villa aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement, pas mal d’équipements sont dysfonctionnels ou manquants et le mobilier est vieux ou cassé (Prises non fonctionnelles, chaises cassées, fauteuil craqué, pommeau de douche qui fuit, interrupteurs non fonctionnels pour certains, jardin du bas non entretenu…)
