  Vier unvergessliche Wochen in einem wunderschönen Zuhause auf Kreta – wir kommen wieder!

  Wir haben vier wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Maris verbracht und uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind innen wie außen wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und außergewöhnlich sauber. Man merkt einfach, wie viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste hier wohlfühlen. Ganz besonders möchten wir die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Christina und ihrer Familie hervorheben. Wir wurden so freundlich und aufmerksam empfangen und haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch die regelmäßige Pflege und Reinigung von Haus, Garten und Pool waren wirklich hervorragend – alles war jederzeit tipptopp. Auch die ruhige Lage und das wunderschöne, ursprüngliche Dorf haben unseren Aufenthalt für uns zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Wir haben hier vier Wochen verbracht, an die wir uns noch sehr lange und sehr gerne erinnern werden. Für uns war die Villa Maris ein echtes Zuhause auf Kreta – und wir freuen uns schon jetzt sehr darauf, im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen. ❤️

  A wonderful stay in a beautiful villa, with a fantastic host and everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday.

  We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Maris! The host was so friendly and helpful. She also sent helpful messages throughout our stay. The villa was immaculate, clean and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed — including two coffee machines (which we loved!) and plastic cups and plates for the children. The local village has everything you could need, with plenty of supermarkets and a great butcher. We’d happily stay here again! We also left a beach umbrella for future guests to enjoy. ☀️

  The property was perfect for our family with two teenage children. The villa and pool area were kept very clean and the owners were very attentive, providing us with a welcome pack on our arrival and with vegetables from their garden and a home cooked meal during our stay. The views from the villa are amazing. It is in a peaceful location but near to many interesting places that are easily reached by car. We would be very happy to return.

  We would have appreciated a few more clothes hangers in the wardrobe and some longer hanging space for dresses.

  Villa is located in a small authentic village, about 20 minuts drive from the coast. It is very spacious and decorated with style. The higlight of the villa is the pool area, which we enjoyed very much. The water in the pool has perfect temperature and the pool is deep and big enough for children to play. The terrace is also beautiful, with stuning mountain views, although we did not use it, because it is a bit dislocated on the first floor. The rooms are air conditioned and the beds are really comfortable, although the bed in the main badroom is too small for two adults, it is only 1,4m. The owners spoiled us with goodies from their home garden, fruit and vegetables, Frola also baked us a cake. You will also find raki and wine when you arrive. Thank you for that.

  There was mold and bad smell in the dishwasher and the washing machine. We had to clean the dishwasher ourself. You should know that the check-in is from 16h and not 15h as it says on the booking page and the owners will charge you additionaly 15€/night for environmental tax, which is not mentioned when you make a booking. You will have to buy some extra toilet paper, tablets for dishwasher, garbage bags, napkins.
