    Casa carina, innovativa se fossimo ancora negli anni 80. Giardino curato, piscina piccolina ma carina. Doccia esterna e cucina funzionali.

    Prima cosa, l'appellativo villa è fuorviante, è una villetta carina bifamiliare, soffitti bassi, camere piccoline. Secondo: è molto lontana dal mare, ammirevole che abbiano messo a disposizione delle bici, purtroppo non utilizzabili vista la pericolosità della strada provinciale senza ciclabili né corsie di emergenza. Terzo: molto rumorosa poiché a bordo strada.. veicoli passano e sgommano a tutte le ore. Quarto: la camera al piano terra non ha aria condizionata, cosa grave visto che, per il rumore, la finestra doveva essere forzatamente chiusa. Quinto: la casa mancava di elementi fondamentali per il comfort in linea con il prezzo richiesto (oltre 1700 per 3 notti) es. Macchina per il caffè, sale..
