Disappointed and frustrated with host support. Accommodation and location were great but support was very poor

    Excellent location and layout

Very poor communication from host. Started with issues with WiFi which dropped in and out during whole stay. BBQ facilities were advertised but no rack or utensils were available- host said cleaner and thrown them out, with no offer to replace. Bedlinen not replaced during whole 12 day stay and finally, there was an issue with pool which meant our family couldn’t use for 4 full days. Host was barely accountable when contacted on any of the above. Dry short reply’s and no concrete action which made us very disappointed
