  Spacious with nice view but needs an upgrade.

  This house used to have charm some 30-40 years ago. It’s spacious and offers a very nice sea view.

  Substantially run down. It really requires proper maintenance, some upgrade and solid cleaning.

  Très beau séjour dans cette villa que je recommande. La piscine est superbe et la vue tout simplement magnifique. L'espace est un vrai point fort : la villa est vaste et confortable, avec beaucoup de place à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, et un large parking pouvant accueillir plusieurs voitures sans souci. La climatisation dans toutes les chambres a rendu le séjour très agréable, et plusieurs belles plages sont accessibles rapidement en voiture. Un grand merci à Elena, très disponible et facilement joignable tout au long de notre séjour. Une adresse que nous recommandons volontiers!

  Seul petit bémol : la vaisselle pourrait être un peu plus complète, surtout pour une villa pouvant accueillir 10 personnes. Rien de rédhibitoire pour autant.

  Großes Grundstück, nicht einsehbar, so hatten wir komplett unsere Ruhe. Der Pool ist herrlich warm, ich glaube er ist beheizt. Er ist sehr sauber, nachts beleuchtet. Ambiente ist insgesamt sehr schön. Das Haus ist alt, es hat Charakter. Alles aus Stein, keine verputzen Wände.

  Die Betten waren nicht mein Geschmack, die Matratzen zu hart für Seitenlieger. Aber das ist subjektiv.

  A serene stone retreat surrounded by ancient nature.

  We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful stone‑built house in one of the most scenic areas in northern Zakynthos. Surrounded by thousand‑year‑old trees and a landscaped garden dotted with ancient olive trees, the atmosphere was truly exceptional. Although the water felt a bit cool during our early‑May stay, we enjoyed the pool during the day, and the illuminated view at night was beautiful. The house was spotless, charming, and very comfortable. We only wish we could have stayed longer than two nights, and we would love to return for a longer stay next time.
