  Amazing !!

  Amazing villa, felt like we were by ourselves in the center of Ubud. Location is great, very easy to get around with Grabs / cars, the villa was truly dreamy, with the pool overlooking the ricefields; we even had complementary massages outside. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway or friends' trip.

  Tout était parfait !!! J’y reviendrais avec joie !

  La villa est très propre et très bien située, 10 mn à scooter du centre et proche des activités principales. Le personnel était adorable et très réactif à nos demandes, ils sont vraiment aux petits soins. Nous avons également commandé le petit dej qui était excellent ! Une mention spéciale pour Dick le concierge qui s’est très bien occupé de nous et qui a répondu à chacune de nos demandes (transfert taxi, chef cuisinier)… étant maniaque, j’ai vraiment trouvé la maison propre et très belle ! Un petit cocon 💕

  Honnêtement tout était parfait mais pour moi il manquait juste un lave linge. La 2eme chambre est excentrée de la maison, ça nous a pas dérangé mais pour les familles c’est à savoir.

  Great view and near to central Ubud

  The main advantage is no construction nearby, rice field view and villa being newly renovated. Bedroom both nice but not equal in quality. Main bedroom is well maintained, the down one much smaller and slight leakage on the wall. Staff super kind, helpful and keeps villa super clean. Also very good location to reach Ubud

  Didn’t like that they don’t allow your personal therapist to come to villa when you specifically book villa not hotel to have that privacy of getting quality massage therapist that you know is professional and not just the ones most spa have. Greater flexibility in this regard would significantly enhance the stay. Since this was not mentioned in the main description of the property neither in the rules, only mentioned after booking so I was allowed to have my personal therapist to come. Additionally, the kitchen was missing basic glassware — there were no tall drinking glasses available, which is a small but noticeable detail for daily comfort. Lastly, the metal gate at the entrance was quite difficult to operate. It appears old and rusty, and since it gets closed every night by locals, opening it becomes a real challenge.

  Unfortunately, there was no significant aspect of our stay that we were satisfied with. The layout and overall experience did not match the expectations created by the photos and description. We did not feel that the service met a reasonable standard of guest satisfaction.

  The room layout was absolutely not suitable for a family stay. The children’s sleeping area was completely separate and far from the main bedroom, which created serious concerns regarding comfort and safety for a family with children. The listing photos and description did not clearly reflect how separated the sleeping areas actually were. This led to a misleading expectation and a very disappointing experience. Despite informing the host on the first day, no meaningful solution was offered. We were forced to stay four people in one room. Our request for a partial refund was also rejected. The approach was procedural rather than guest-oriented, which made the situation even more frustrating.
