The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. Key Information for Guests In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours will apply. Guests must collect new keys from our office. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests are required to remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged. Guest registration is legally required in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Shortly before arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. La agencia que gestiona el alquiler lo hace muy mal y la atención al cliente es muy pobre
La casa es grande, está muy bien y la ubicación es magnífica.
El jardín estaba lleno de residuos de todo tipo de clientes anteriores, la cocina estaba sucia, no me llevaron la cuna y la trona hasta la tarde del segundo día y sin avisar, tuve que llamar dos veces. La primera vez que llamé, nada más llegar me atendieron con muy malas formas y me dijeron que al día siguiente me llevarían la cuna y la trona y arreglarían el pestillo de la entrada de la casa, que estaba roto y se podía abrir la puerta sin necesidad de la llave. Es decir, su respuesta fue que pasara una noche con la puerta de entrada sin cierre porque es una zona segura y sin cuna para mi bebé. Por muy segura que sea la zona, lo que pagué por la estancia merece un trato más inmediato y que no duerma una noche con la puerta abierta. Al final pedí prestada una cuna a un familiar y arregló mi marido la puerta con permiso y herramientas del propietario. La agencia no solucionó nada. Me enviaron un email al día siguiente después de llamar de nuevo y me dijeron que me enviaban una botella de vino, les pedí que, en vez del vino, enviaran a alguien a hacer la limpieza que debíamos haber encontrado al llegar y simplemente vinieron a hacer la limpieza que ya habíamos contratado el día que la habíamos contratado. Muy mala gestión y muy mala atención. No recomiendo esta agencia en absoluto.

Large spacious villa, excellent location
Lovely spacious villa. Great location. Air con in bedrooms and fans in living room. Plenty seats and sunbeds in garden. Kitchen has everything you need. Kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Washing machine in garage. Plenty towels for the 2 bathrooms. Extra pillows and covers for bedding. Hosts friendly and answered any questions quickly.
Mattresses were firm on all beds. The air con in one bedroom seemed to go off in the night (possibly my mistake) woke up too hot. Didn't sleep too well but was 38 degrees when I was there.

Polecam ze względu na lokalizację i wielkość domu, basen ale spodziewaliśmy się wyższego standardu
Świetna lokalizacja blisko plaży, przystanku autobusowego i sklepów (Lidl, Eroski) są cztery osobne sypialnie wygodne łóżka dwie łazienki duży salon jadalnia i kuchnia taras basen leżaki garaż pralka suszarka w kuchni zmywarka
Stare łazienki do remontu, bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody w łazience które chwilami uniemożliwiało kąpiel, dwa klimatyzatory działały na .20 stopni nie dało się ich regulować (próbowaliśmy ogrzać dom bo było zimno) słabe WiFi basen zastaliśmy pełen liści i patyków
