Great for a short stay in Peñiscola if you have a car
The terrace view is fantastic - overlooking the old town and castle, which isn’t shown very well on the photos. We got to see the Playa Norte 9th October fireworks perfectly! It’s nice and big and the swimming pool was nice, although cold because we were a bit out of season staying there.
The whole place needs a bit of TLC and is quite outdated. The kitchen is very under equipped in terms of crockery, cutlery and utensils. It didn’t even have a bottle opener.

Extérieur très agréable mais maison peu entretenue

Peu d’équipements La literie peu confortable L’entretien de la maison (manque de propreté, mégots de cigarettes dehors, déchets laissés à plusieurs endroits). Nous nous sommes demandé si le ménage avait été fait. Lit bébé inutilisable

Está muy completo y la piscina es un lujo
Las camas pequeñas eran duras como una piedra. La ubicación es malísima ya que para todo tienes q utilizar el coche. Además destacar que el check-in era a las 15.00 super tarde y aún tuvimos que esperar a que acabaran de limpiar, y el segundo día vino a las 11.00 un señor a limpiar la piscina, menos mal que estábamos despiertas, sino menudo susto porque nadie nos avisó de ello.

La limpieza ,,los jardines llenos de basura ,vasos de plástico .potitos .polos ,la terraza de arriba habian botes de cerveza y paquetes de tabaco vacíos de los anteriores !los interruptores estaban muy sucios ,los cristales no se veían !los baños olían a pis y no lejia ni ningún producto desinfectante
