The owner's attitude was extremely good. We used the villa for a bachelorette party and he didn't mind us checking in early to decorate and prepare the place for the event. He was also kind enough not to insist on us moving out early, but allowed us to stay as long as we wanted. The location of the villa is also very nice. Velingrad and Lidl are nearby if you need a store, but at the same time there aren't many houses around and it's secluded and peaceful. The house has both a gathering place outside, for the summer, and enough inside when it's cold outside. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. There is also a coffee machine available, as well as coffee provided. We had a great weekend.
