Lohnt sich nicht komplette verarsche
Die Arbeiter waren sehr nett
Wir haben 1 ganze Woche die falsche Villa bekommen dazu wurde ein eigener Pool versprochen was auch nur eine Lüge ist.

Dirty place with not enough seats and loungers for all the different villas on the property
The location is ok, I have stayed in apartments close to here before so I knew the location and what was close.
The place was filthy! The cleaners were coming day after arrival to clean 🤷🏼♀️ why not clean for us arriving? The bathrooms had scum on sink, stains on toilet, had to ask for oven to be cleaned because you couldn't use it. The seating areas around the pool was disgusting and not cleaned the whole time we were there! I asked if a pool was solely ours before we arrived as I didn't know what the set up of the villa was (I stupidly thought it was a single villa on its own) and I was told yes I had my own pool for our villas use only. When we arrived there was only 2 pools, I got shown 1 of the pools and told "this is your pool for your family sole use" How could I be expected to make every other family share that other 1 pool. I think there is 6 villas? There is no outdoor sitting area at your own villa, it's only around the pool. You have a cover sitting area, 2 seats and 4 loungers at one pool and I think the same at the other pool. Not enough for the amount of guests there is. We asked for seats for outside our villa and got 1 chair and told to use dining chairs from kitchen then got shouted at for using dining chairs as the sun might discolour them (since the place is so clean anyway 🙄) With chairs being so scarce it made it even more annoying that when the 2 female cleaners had no work they could be bothered to do (because there was plenty to do) they say on the only 2 chairs there was by the pool and sat whispering behind there hands and laughing at my child which drove me mad! Also no safe or microwave as stated. I don't know how beds and all got changed. We left! We booked for 4 weeks and left after 1 week. This was our 12th time in Hurghada and the place we usually stay in was unavailable. The way the ladies got on here I have never seen the like of in Hurghada. It was such a disappointment of a place and of people that we will 100% never be back!
