Room was nice
Across from a school too far from downtown got eaten alive by gnats got the weirdest email about starting laundry? St Augustine has become too pricey and forget trying to park downtown walls in house are paper thin you hear banging all the time

VERY loud upstairs guests- sounded like they were doing jumping jacks! It wasn’t enough to bother us, but might someone else.
