Customer service experience is extremely poor. Not recommended for future stays.

    Fairly clean.

Air conditioner is noisy and loud in 2 of the rooms. Unable to get a good night sleep. Staff repeatedly ignored request to fix it. Alex the GM was aware of issue and had ignored the problem as well.
