  The entire villa was grubby and not properly cleaned. There were swarms of small, red, mite-like insects in every room.

  The entire villa was grubby and not properly cleaned. There were swarms of small, red, mite-like insects in every room. In the garden, the artificial turf was littered with broken glass and the parasol was broken; the pool ladder was coming loose from the concrete, and there were loose tiles on the pool floor that caused cuts on our feet. All in all, the price-performance ratio was poor.

  Extremely disappointing regarding the communication from booking.com and failure to notify us about the construction sit

  The location was as expected.

  We have sent numerous messages to your customer service department on the booking.com app regarding the construction site adjacent to the villa we have rented through booking.com. Disappointingly we have had no response since the first notification on the 06/06. This is unacceptable, we were not made aware of the construction site at the time of the booking or prior to travel. It is obvious the site has been in the construction process for at least 6 months. We have requested immediate like for like alternative accommodation which we have not received a response from the customer service department at booking.com. We have obtained video and photographic evidence of the excessive noise and disruption caused by the construction site and we are happy to provide this if required. The current ongoing construction works are progressing through the structural RC frame which is the most disruptive part of the construction process for residential areas due to the level of noise this produces. The contractors have been working 7 days a week so we haven't had a single day of our holiday without the daily disruption from 7am to 5pm. Based on the issues highlighted above and the significant stress and disruption we have endured since the first day of this holiday we would expect a full refund for the cost of the villa. If this is not provided by booking.com we will seek to recoup the costs through our credit card company or by other means.

  Beautiful villa, beautiful location, great for families. Would definitely go there again.

  Amazing location, everything you need within walking distance, no car required. We went is august so having the costal breeze was amazing. Lots of space, good AC. Could watch sunrise/sun set from garden.

  The actual property was amazing, it was just a little grubby and tired. Needs a deep clean and a bit of tlc however this is understanding after covid and did not affect the overall enjoyment of our stay. A few things were broken or missing but when I contacted host they were very understanding and offered me some money back. One note to add to host, an addition or a stereo/smart speaker would be an asset as I did miss being able to listen to music.
