A surcharge of EUR 60 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Air conditioning must be used responsibly and turned off whenever the apartment is unoccupied. Upon check-out, all trash must be removed and placed in the street bins. An initial supply of essential consumables (toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, etc.) is provided.
